Do you design your own products?

Yes, all our designs are created in-house and are copyrighted by Boutique Greek.


I like one of Boutique Greek’s designs. Can I use the art with another company?

No. All Boutique Greek’s design are copyrighted and the art cannot be duplicated, copied, or recreated by another company or individual. Any companies or individuals who use our images or artwork without written approval are liable and legal action may be taken.


I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?

Contact us immediately so we can do our best to correct your address before your order ships.


Can I return my order?

Our policy is no returns or exchanges, but if you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us. We cannot accept exchanges on custom orders for any reason.


My order arrived damaged/defective. What do I do?

Please contact us immediately so we can remedy the situation.


When will my order ship?

Orders ship withing 3-5 business days.  Please check the description on the items you’re purchasing – some items, especially customized items, require additional production time and will ship according to the description. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday. If you need your order to ship sooner, please contact us prior to ordering so we can communicate on whether we can meet the your delivery time-frame.


How long will my order take to get to me?

We ship all orders via USPS. First Class Mail packages will arrive in 3-5 business days from the ship date. Priority Mail will arrive in 1-3 business days from the ship date. Express Mail will arrive 1-2 days from the ship date. If you need your order quickly for a specific date, please contact us prior to placing your order so we can do our best to accommodate your needs.


How can I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with a USPS tracking number that you can use to check the status of your package.


I only received some of the items I ordered. Where is the rest of my order?

Depending on what you have purchased, your order may arrive in two shipments. When your order ships, you should receive an email stating which items are in the package and when the rest of your order ships, you’ll receive a second email. All your items should arrive on time, based on the production time in the product description. If you are missing an item from your shipment that was listed on the shipment confirmation email, please email us so we can locate the item for you.


Is there a Boutique Greek store where I can shop in-person?

Do you offer wholesale sales?

Do you offer bulk orders?

Yes. All our items are available for bulk discounts. Minimums apply depending on the specific product/design. Please contact us for more info.


I have a design idea. Can you create custom designs?

Yes. We offer custom design services for bulk orders. Custom designs are not currently available for single orders, but many of our products are available for customization already.
